Registering for an event

To register onto one of our events you are required to provide your contact details and will be added to our mailing list. Event details and confirmation will be emailed to the details you provide.

Photography and recording

Please note that our events may be photographed or audio recorded. These materials will be used for internal and external promotional purposes only by [Rest Space]. If you object to appearing in the event recordings please let us know at restspaceldn@gmail.com​

Payment of registration fees

1. Full payment for registration is required by credit/debit card at the point of booking where chargeable.

2. Event registration fees can be paid in Pounds Sterling

 

Cancellation by us

[Rest Space] reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel an event, we shall inform you as soon as possible using the contact details provided to us and offer you a full event ticket refund. [Rest Space] is not liable for any additional costs incurred by you related to this event – including travel, accommodation, or subsistence.

 

Cancellation by you

No refunds will be given for cancellations that occur when a single ticket is priced under £30.

 

Substitution

If you’re unable to attend an event your registration ticket/fee can be transferred to a substitute delegate.

 

No charge events

All events are costly to set up, even those for where there is 'no charge'. If you register but find you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

By registering for an event, you have confirmed that you have read and understood the terms & conditions and our cancellation policy.
